The grill includes a sealed thermometer and a dependable electronic ignition system, powered by a single “AAA” battery (included). Its locking control valve/regulator makes boat propane grill fuel exchanges simple with 1lb. disposable canisters (not included) while safely securing it to the grill, or easily adapts to existing on-board low pressure propane (LPG) or natural gas (CNG) systems.
